We groomed the Banadad Trail again today (it finally got warm enough to do so); Again only 1st 12km of Trail groomed (from the East End Trailhead). 1 1/2 feet of snow in the woods 8-10" base only small amount of new snow in the recent cold snap. Our groomers just completed grooming the 1st 10km of the Banadad Trail. The trail is cleared, packed and groomed from the East End Trailhead for skiing West for 10 km; Single track, classic. The East End Trailhead parking lot is plowed for parking. Snow conditions 20 inch snow depth; 6 inch base 3 inch snowfall last 24 hrs. This is the same section we had opened last year.
